Oil Free Salad Dressing
This is a basic dressing for salad - quick, easy, tasty and totally fat free!

So you think your salad need oil. NOT!
- 1/2 cp red wine vinegar
- 3 T dijon mustard
- 3 T honey or agave nectar
- 1/3 cp water
- pepper to taste
Optional: add some dried Italian herbs
Blend all well.
