     Title: Tarragon Salad Dressing

Fresh tarragon gives life and zest to this dressing!

• 1/4 cp good quality tarragon vinegar
• 1/4 cp mirin (Japanese wine)
• 2 tsps Dijon mustard
• 1 small garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp agave nectar
• 2 tsps fresh tarragon, chopped or 1 tsp dried tarragon

Process all ingredients till well blended. Refrigerate. Keeps up to 5 days in frigerator.
