This from my daughter, Leia! Her children, my beloved grandchildren, loved this. When they give it a thumbs up, you know it's good. 

How about a double dose of fiber and antioxidants to start your day? Here it is.....

 

  • 1 container of either berry soy yogurt or vanilla soy yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 5 strawberries
  • handful of blueberries
  • some raspberries
  • other berries on hand
  • splash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • 5-7 ice cubes
  • non-dairy milk, just enough for consistency, 1/4 - 1/3 cp, approximately

Blend all ingredients and enjoy. This is great to freeze in popsicle molds for the kiddos. Very refreshing.
